The warranty registration for the Vitowell Comfort series includes FIVE (5) steps and is conducted entirely online.

- Upload an image of your invoice.
- Upload an image of your product label.
Click Next.
- Input your last name.
- Input your first name.
- Input your address.
- Input your city/province.
- Input your phone number.
- Input your email address (optional).
Click Next.
- Click on the droplist.
- Choose an option.
- Rate your satisfaction.
- Tick the box.
Click Submission.
After successful submission, users shall receive confirmation within 24 hours through:
- A call from our Service Center (Phone/Zalo/Viber)
- A confirmation email
