Rules of participation in the contest

"Climate Champion 2024"

I. Time of the minigame

From 20:00 on April 16 2024 to 23:59 on May 2 2024.

II. Minigame participants

Vietnamese citizens over 18 years old and living in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

III. How to join

  • Step 1: Like Viessmann Climate Solutions VN Fanpage.
  • Step 2: Share the announcement post of the contest on your timeline in public mode.
  • Step 3: Publish a post on your timeline publicly describing a recent sustainable action you have taken that differs from what you used to do in the past. Attach at least one photo of your sustainable actions.
  • Step 4: Tag Viessmann Climate Solutions VN and add hashtags #ViessmannVietnam #GermanBrand #HealthyLiving #ClimateChampion to your post.
  • Step 5: Comment on Viessmann's post "Done" with a screenshot of your post.

Note: There is no limit to the number of posts that can be made by one Facebook account. However, the organizer will consider the highest quality post (for the First and Second Prizes) and the post with the highest number of likes/ hearts from that account (for the Third Prize).

 

 

Prizes

  • First prize: 1 storage water heater Vitowell comfort Classic 15L worth 2,990,000 VNĐ, opportunity to meet and greet with FC Bayern Munich’s legend, 1 jersey and 1 football signed by FC Bayern Munich players
  • Second prize: 1 instant water heater Vitowell easy Classic 3,5kW worth 1,990,000 VNĐ, 1 jersey and 1 football signed by FC Bayern Munich players
  • Third prize: 1 water purifier Vitopure S6-H worth 990,000 VNĐ, 1 jersey signed by FC Bayern Munich players

IV. Selection criteria for all prizes

Participants who complete all the steps as required in the "How to Participate" section and meet the requirements of Viessmann Climate Solutions VN (Organizer) will be confirmed as eligible participants in the Contest.

Specific criteria for each prize are as follows:

  • First and Second Prizes: Organizer will select 02 submissions with beautiful, creative images that demonstrate environmental protection actions for sustainable living. The accompanying post content and images should convey a change in habits, actions to protect the environment, and inspire others.
  • Third Prize: Organizer will select 01 submission with the highest total likes/ hearts on Facebook from participating players.
  • In case there are more than one participant who meets all the requirements within the same prize category, Organizer will award the prize to the participant who completed all the steps and posted earlier.

Specific scoring criteria are based on the brand's criteria:

  • Content and images/videos should be culturally appropriate and free from negative language.
  • Posts must be made public, even after the prize announcement. Until the prize awarding process is completed, posts must continue to be made public. If a post is deleted before the prize awarding time, Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.
  • Attire: Wearing Viessmann's color (orange) will be a bonus point. Attire must be culturally appropriate.
  • Creative content and images/videos demonstrating environmental actions. Images must be clear with good lighting conditions.
  • Posts must not be edited, copied from other players, or use images/videos from the internet.

Note: Each prize applies to one independent player.

V. Note on participation criteria

  • Each Facebook account can participate multiple times but will only receive rewards once.
  • In the event of fraudulent activity in the submission, they will not be considered valid, and Organizer reserves the right to ignore them.
  • Organizer has the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent activities such as using multiple accounts or using images not belonging to the personal Facebook account participating.
  • Facebook accounts participating in sharing contest photos must be genuine accounts. Any use of hacking tools or fake accounts to participate in the contest is strictly prohibited, and the results will be invalidated without prior notice to the participants.
  • Organizer's decision will be final in all cases.
  • In case of conflicts, disputes, or complaints, Organizer reserves the right to contact and work with the relevant parties, and Organizer will consider the final decision based on the collected verifications.Note: There is no limit to the number of posts that can be made by one Facebook account. VI. Prize procedure and regulations

Prize Distribution Procedure

The organizers will announce the contest prize results on the Viessmann Climate Solutions Fanpage of Viessmann Vietnam Company Limited (Organizers) scheduled for 8:00 PM on May 8, 2024.

Regulations on Prize Collection:

  • The prize will be sent to the winner within 10 working days from the date of receiving complete information from the player. The organizers will not be responsible for lost prizes or incorrect contact information provided by the winner.
  • The winner must provide complete personal information (Name, Phone number, ID card number, address) to Viessmann Climate Solutions Fanpage before 9:00 PM on May 11, 2024.
  • If, after 3 days from the notification date, the organizers do not receive any information from the winner, the prize will be canceled.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable for cash. In addition to shipping costs, participants will be responsible for any additional expenses related to the use of the prize and must bear the tax obligations according to the regulations of the Vietnamese government.

VII. Regulations on the use of personal information

  • Organizer will collect personal data of participants including:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Address
  • By participating in this program, participants agree that the Data will be processed by Organizer within or outside the territory of Vietnam for the following purposes:
    • Serving this program (promotion on social networks, online advertising, media promotion, determining prize recipients, contacting prize-winning participants for prize delivery);
    • Receiving advertising information and promotional programs, receiving free water and climate solutions advice from Organizer via phone and email;
    • Conducting survey calls and running advertising programs;
    • Carrying out tasks required or permitted by Vietnamese law.
    • Other purposes notified in advance by Organizer to participants and approved by the participants.
  • Organizer is not responsible and has no obligation to settle cases where third parties use participants' images or content for other purposes.
  • Organizer is not responsible and has no obligation to settle any complaints or disputes related to the registered information of participants.
  • Participants have the right to refuse to receive emails and/or messages from Organizer at any time. In this case, Organizer will not be responsible for the inability to contact participants for the purpose of this Program.
  • Participants have the right to request Organizer to delete Data. To exercise this right, participants please contact Organizer via email info.vietnam@viessmann.com or hotline 1900 9149 or other contact information provided by Organizer to participants at different times.

VIII. Other regulations

Rules for answers for Mini Game:

  • The answer must not violate copyright nor be involved in any copyright dispute. Participants commit to be solely responsible and exempt the Organizing Committee from responsibility for copyright issues related to the answers. The Organizer is not responsible and has no obligation to resolve any claims or disputes related to copyright regarding materials submitted by participants.
  • Each contestant participates using a Facebook account, participants can participate multiple times using one account. The answer commented on the minigame download post must be in accordance with customs and traditions, not contain violent content, insulting individuals or organizers or illegal content, prohibited according to regulations law of Vietnam.
  • The Organizing Committee has the right to adjust the minigame rules when necessary and will notify participants on the Organizing Committee's media channels and social networks as soon as possible.
  • In case of a complaint related to the minigame, the decision from the Organizing Committee will be final.
  • The rules take effect from the moment the post announcing the mini game is posted on the organizers' media channels. By participating, players are deemed to have read and agreed to all of these rules and regulations of the program.
